Return & Refund Policy (For Custom Engraved Products)

Because all items at Etch This! Studio are custom-made and personalized to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on engraved or customized products.

We want you to love your order, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If there is an issue with your item, please read below:


Order Issues & Mistakes

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or engraved incorrectly due to a mistake on our end, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief explanation

We will take care of you ASAP.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Customized items

  • Engraved items

  • Products with names, dates, logos, or artwork

  • Items created based on customer-provided designs

  • “Change of mind” after the order is engraved

Once engraving is done, the item cannot be reused or resold.


Customer Responsibility

Please double-check:

  • Spelling

  • Dates

  • Names

  • Layout preferences

  • Uploaded artwork

We engrave exactly what you submit.


🔄 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, IF we have not started engraving.
Once engraving begins, cancellation is no longer possible.


🚚 Delivery Delays

Shipping times may vary. We cannot issue refunds for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Product availability if a customer chooses a specific brand
