Processing Times

All products from Etch This! Studio are made to order.
Typical processing/engraving time is:

  • 2–4 business days for most items

  • 3–7 business days for special orders or custom artwork

  • Orders requiring customer-provided bottles or brands may vary based on product availability

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Typical delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high seasonal demand.


Local Pickup

Local pickup in (Caddo Mills, Texas) is available.
You will receive an email when your order is ready.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our shop, delivery is handled by the carrier.
We cannot refund orders due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather issues

  • Wrong addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages

For lost packages, we will help you file a claim with the carrier.


Shipping of Customer-Provided Products

If you request engraving on a specific brand or bottle, processing and delivery times may vary depending on availability.
