All products from Etch This! Studio are made to order.
Typical processing/engraving time is:

2–4 business days for most items
3–7 business days for special orders or custom artwork
Orders requiring customer-provided bottles or brands may vary based on product availability

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Typical delivery times (after processing):

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high seasonal demand.

Local pickup in (Caddo Mills, Texas) is available.
You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect information.
