TERMS & CONDITIONS (Custom Engraving Shop)

Custom Engraving Disclaimer

All engraved items are custom-made based on customer instructions.
This means:

  • No refunds or returns (except for shop errors)

  • Customer must verify all spellings, dates, and artwork prior to purchase

  • We engrave exactly what you submit

We are not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect details provided by the customer.


Artwork & Logos

By uploading artwork, a logo, or design, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the design

  • You have permission to use the artwork

  • You grant Etch This! Studio permission to engrave the artwork on your product

We reserve the right to decline artwork that violates copyright or trademark law.


Turnaround Time

Processing times depend on:

  • Product type

  • Customization complexity

  • Availability of the chosen item

  • Seasonal volume

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.


Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time due to:

  • Material costs

  • Supply chain changes

  • Seasonal demand

Payment must be completed before engraving begins.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if engraving has NOT started.
After engraving begins, cancellation is not possible.


Shop Errors

If we make a mistake (wrong engraving, wrong product, damage), we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Offer an appropriate solution

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.


Use of Photos

We may use photos of engraved items for marketing purposes.
If you prefer your item not be photographed, email us at: support@etchthisstudio.com with the subject line:
“Do Not Use My Photos”
